This is the best little toaster I have ever had. Works great just as advertised. Love the color. I would recommend to others.
I have learned to never put the dial above 1-1/2. I have to agree with the other comments about burned toast. The first time I used this, I set it on 3 (on a scale of 1 being the lightest, 10 being the darkest), and the toast was burned black. Otherwise, the burned areas have to be scraped or the toast tossed. That said, it is an absolutely gorgeous toaster, and I like the Defrost feature because I often keep bread in the freezer.
Cuisinart has the longest warranty on the market. I will purchase again.
This toaster is pretty in pink, toasts the bread really fast and has easy to use buttons. Pull out crumb tray works and is easy to clean.
Bought this toaster to replace my dead $200.00 toaster that was only 5 yrs old. A very high quality item.
I can't see spending more than $30.00 for a toaster again as this works just as well as the high priced versions. When it quits, toss it out without regret.

I just love the color, it's softer and prettier in person than the picture can show. The toaster is a bit smaller than average so takes up a bit less room on the counter while doing the same great job of making morning toast. I like the illuminated dial that shows the toast darkness because it is a more vivid reminder to check the setting before you push the bread down.Cuisinart appliances have always been winners to me and pink has always been my favorite color so it's a win-win in my book.
The Cuisinart CPT-120PK Electronic Cool-Touch 2-Slice Toaster is agood value, it perks up a kitchen with the pastel pink exterior.It also works great.
